Was the listing accurate based on the booking description?
Misleading that this is a normal house. It is a duplex. It is buried in the desc of the listing. The other side of the duplex has that it is a duplex in the title. House it very worn. Floating floors are coming apart.
Were the kitchen utensils, pots and pans and other accoutrements of quality and working order? (Or were they mix-matched, dull, chipped, warped, faded or otherwise a headache to use?)
For weather-related events such as snow or heavy rain: Was your intended listing accessible? (meaning, was the driveway or any stairs plowed free and clear of snow?)
